The woman who checked us in was so sweet and friendly. The hotel is in a great location and has beautiful views. You also have random guests (baboons) that come to hang out with you on your deck lol.

So many little extras. The view was fantastic, small fridge in the room with lounge facilities with dishware and cutlery. Very easy to bring one's own food into the guesthouse. The staff were very friendly and helpful when we needed to find a medical clinic and pharmacy.

Beautiful town but unfortunately we were only there for one night. If you want to see the Penguins then this is the spot. Lovely harbour and plenty of restaurants as well. Lovely beach and safe area

We love Simonstown. It is so quaint and picturesque. We love the historical buildings and the friendliness of the people. It is a wonderful tourist destination as Cape Point is nearby as well as Boulders Beach with the famous penquins. Stunning views over the bay with the pretty yachts to view.

Simon's Town is the perfect place to go to, to not be in the city, to relax and to unwind.
Boulder Beach was an exciting experience, and we truly enjoyed it.
We ate at Fran's Place on the Waterfront, and had the most delicious Seafood Platter.
The food at Willets Hotel is just as amazing!
In Sea Point, Cape Town itself, it feels unsafe to sit on the Beach for too long, but in Simon's Town we stayed on Long Beach until sunset.
It was a calming few days. Wished we could have stayed longer.

A little noisy late evening and early morning due to comings and goings with deliveries etc.

If you are looking for a peaceful place to entertain younger kids without the big commercial rush of the bigger more popular areas in Cape Town, I recommend Simons Town. So much to do with younger kids who enjoy the outdoors without the rush of a lot of people around you.
I rarely give a 10 score on my reviews, but the Willets Hotel definitely deserves it. This is beautifully renovated building with modern features, yet still retaining an early 1900s charm. Emmy and her staff are some of the most pleasant and helpful people I’ve met on this trip, the room was extremely comfortable and breakfast each morning was delicious and varied. I can’t say enough about this hotel other than if you’re going to be in Simon’s Town, I would highly recommend you stay here.
We highly recommend Protea Point if you are looking for an amazing place to stay in Simon’s Town! Our friendly and welcoming host went above and beyond to help us and make our stay memorable. We very much appreciate your wonderful hospitality!
The rooms are lovely and relaxing with stunning views of the sea and mountains!
We loved everything about our stay and thank you for a perfect end to our holiday in South Africa! We will definitely be back! :)
we had the most amazing stay at the cottons cottage. Best accomadation we stayed in in south africa. The cottage was perfect for us (Family of 4 adults) and we just loved everything, the Location, the View, the interior design, the comfy beds and the equipment of the cottage. It had everything .Big thank you also to Sheena, who was an amazing host and always available.
This place is a gem. This is a cozy little boutique hotel right steps from the famous penguin boulders beach.
The people and staff are amazing, friendly, and they will fulfill any expectation you have.
This is a great place to stay. Curio hotel is the way to go. Great place, and highly recommended.
Everything was exceptional! We enjoyed our stay and will recommend Roman Rock Apartments to anyone and everyone. The beauty of the views from the rooms and balcony is fantastic. I want to thank the hosts that made our stay wonderful and best of wishes for them. Thank you for your friendliness.
We had a lovely time here.
This is a family run Hotel and is more of a laid-back beach hotel.
The rooms are spacious and nice. Bathrooms are quite modern.
The beach is right outside the hotel and baboons are frequent visitors.
Staff, including the owners are very nice and friendly
Loved our stay at Boat House!
Beautiful location and the most relaxing morning view to wake up to.
The room was high class yet cozy, and the breakfast was the best we had in South Africa!

everything just perfect: Amazing hotel, the views from the rooms as well as infinity pool are just stunning, Garth is one of the best hosts, very delicious freshly made breakfast,… - all in all, we will definitely be staying again!
The room was perfect, clean with an amazing view to the sea and even to the penguins on the beach. The staff was welcoming and very generous and the location is the best. Totally recomended when visiting Simon's Bay.
Lovely hosts, thorough communication. The area was lovely and it was such a beautiful view of Simon's Town. It is amazing on top of the mountain. The view is the best part. In the heart of nature. Had a great stay.
We didn’t really like this property. We actually checked out after a couple of hours because we couldn’t face staying here - we drove to Cape Town early because of this.
I loved seeing the mountain right behind the hotel; it was such a lovely natural vibe. Plus, the elevation gave a great vantage point of the beach for breakfast.
