The property is amazing, really spacious, cleaned everyday to a high standard. It has an amazing outdoor area with a Braai which we enjoyed using. It’s a great base location to visit Addo Elephant park which is an hour away. The lodge is secluded and you feel totally immersed in the beautiful surroundings, we walked in the mornings, saw lots of animals especially at night on the way back to the lodge. Safari’s are also available but we did these in Amakhala so just relaxed in the afternoons. There are a few nice restaurants in the local town if you want to eat out, if not the local spar is good. Located 47 km from Addo National Elephant Park, Harmony Luxury Tented Camp offers accommodation with free WiFi and seating area. Private massive tent with great views from the porch. We unfortunately arrived in the rain and left in the rain, so the birdwatching I hoped for was a little dampened. Fortunate rain for all the animals plants and people of the bushveld tho! The owners are gracious and helpful - and such good cooks. Despite the downpours and wind, we slept warm and dry in our unique accommodation. Would love to visit again on a sunny day!

Located in Addo in the Eastern Cape region, Bietjie Rus features accommodation with free WiFi. There is also a kitchen in some of the units equipped with a microwave, a fridge, and a stovetop. The owners go out of their way to make you comfortable and gives advice on what there is to do in the area . They know Addo well and gave us good advice.The breakfast was delicious! I like the fact that it is on a farm,its very quiet,you don't hear any traffic, only farm animals.
